Gilmar is a luxury real estate agency in Spain, a leader in the sector since 1983. With a strong presence in key Spanish cities and coastal areas, Gilmar has built its reputation on high-end properties, personalized service, and a deep understanding of the local real estate market.
While working at Nacher Estudio, I had the opportunity to collaborate closely with Gilmar's marketing team to enhance their brand presence and communication strategies. Our partnership involved supporting their ongoing promotional efforts and strengthen their brand presence across both print and digital channels.
The collaboration was dynamic and continuous. I developed creative materials for campaign and promotion—ranging from magazine ads, brochures, banners, newsletters, and billboards, to corporate dossiers, event materials, and internal presentations. This also included landing pages, motion graphics, infographics, and a variety of printed formats such as large-format canvases, vinyl signage, posters, and street-level advertising.
Our goal was to ensure brand consistency while keeping each piece relevant, timely, and tailored to its audience. Whether it was a real estate fair, a quarterly campaign, or a premium client presentation, each deliverable aimed to reflect Gilmar’s values—exclusivity, professionalism, and trust—through clear visual storytelling and elegant design.
